This 31-year-old female underwent rhinoplasty and septoplasty. This patient complained of a large nose, dorsal hump (nasal bridge bump), and a long (over-projecting) and droopy (under-rotated) nasal tip. Tip elevation with refinement, dorsal hump reduction, and tip deprojection were performed.
