This 39-year-old female presented with a history of right breast implant failure. She underwent previous bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) and simultaneous implant breast reconstruction. The patient did require removal of the right breast prosthesis. She underwent delayed implant-based breast reconstruction The entire reconstruction was performed through an inframammary (IMF) fold approach.
