This 39-year-old female presented with a history of right breast ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) and simultaneous implant breast reconstruction. The reconstruction was performed entirely through an inframammary (IMF) fold approach.
