This 42-year-old female previously had two lumpectomies of the left breast and later presented with ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) of the left breast. She decided to have a unilateral left breast skin-sparing mastectomy and simultaneous implant-based reconstruction. Nipple reconstruction and micropigmentation (3D nipple and areola tattooing) were also performed.
