Implant Reconstruction Gallery
This 57 year-old female previously underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies with implant breast reconstruction by another provider. She was unhappy with the appearance of the reconstruction. In addition, she developed complications of the implant reconstruction, including implant malposition. The patient underwent revision of reconstruction with implant replacement, capsule modifications, and breast soft tissue envelope adjustment.
