This 32 year-old female presented with strong family history of breast cancer and a BRCA2 gene mutation. She elected to undergo prophylactic (preventative) bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) and simultaneous implant breast reconstruction. The reconstruction was performed entirely through an inframammary (IMF) fold approach.
