Implant Reconstruction Gallery
This 47 year-old female presented with strong family history of breast cancer and a BRCA gene mutation. She elected to undergo prophylactic (preventative) bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) and simultaneous pre-pectoral (above the muscle) implant breast reconstruction. The reconstruction was performed entirely through an inframammary (IMF) fold approach.
