This 40 year-old female, with BRCA gene mutation, elected to undergo prophylactic (preventative) double mastectomy. She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) and simultaneous implant breast reconstruction. The reconstruction was performed entirely through an inframammary (IMF) fold approach.
