This 43-year-old female presented with a history of right breast cancer and previous bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with subpectoral implant reconstruction. She complained of animation deformity, breast deformity, asymmetry, and dissatisfaction with her appearance. She chose to undergo removal of both implants and a delayed deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction with prepectoral silicone implants (HyFIL®).
