This 53-year-old female presented with a history of breast cancer and previously underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomy. She presented with no reconstruction and underwent delayed bilateral DIEP flap breast reconstruction. Nipple reconstruction and micropigmentation (3D nipple and areola tattooing) were subsequently performed.
