This 55 year-old female presented with right breast invasive ductal carcinoma and left breast ductal carcinoma in situ. She underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomy and simultaneous deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction. Nipple reconstruction and micropigmentation (3D nipple and areola tattooing) was performed.
