This 46 year-old female presented with left breast invasive ductal carcinoma. She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy and simultaneous deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction. The patient did receive adjuvant radiation therapy to the left breast (after the mastectomy and reconstruction).
