This 48 year-old female had a history of previous left breast invasive ductal carcinoma treated with left breast lumpectomy and radiation. Unhappy with the breast deformity, asymmetry, and appearance, the patient underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomy and simultaneous deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction. Nipple reconstruction and micropigmentation (3D nipple and areola tattooing) was performed.
