This 56 year-old female presented with left breast invasive lobular carcinoma and right breast lobular carcinoma in situ (LCIS). She underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomy and simultaneous deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction. The patient had asymmetry and ptosis (drooping) of both breasts that was corrected with a mastopexy (breast lift) of the reconstructed breasts.
