This 49-year-old female presented with significant breast asymmetry. The left breast was smaller than the right breast. In addition, the right breast had more ptosis (sagging). She also presented with left breast ductal carcinoma in situ and right breast atypical lobular hyperplasia. She decided to undergo bilateral lumpectomies with bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) to improve the symmetry and appearance of her breasts.
