Implant Removal Patient 324247
This 60-year-old female underwent removal of saline breast implants. She previously had breast augmentation with another provider. She had capsular contracture (hardening of the implant) and pain. Implant removal and capsulectomy were performed through a previous inframammary fold scar. The patient was not interested in fat transfer or simultaneous explant mastopexy (breast lift).
