Implant Removal Patient 112338684
This 61- year-old female underwent removal of breast implants. She had breast augmentation by another provider. She had bilateral capsular contracture (hardening of the implants) and pain. In addition, she believed her implants were her causing her autoimmune symptoms and affecting her systemic wellness. Implant removal was performed with total capsulectomy in continuity with the implant (en bloc capsulectomy).
