This 43-year-old female presented with a history of previous breast augmentation by another surgeon. She was dissatisfied with the breast appearance, including size, asymmetry, and implant malposition. The patient underwent implant removal and revision breast augmentation with smaller, smooth, round, silicone breast implants placed under the muscle through an inframammary fold approach. Implant malposition was corrected with an internal bra technique utilizing acellular dermal matrix (ADM).
