This 47-year-old female presented with recalled textured breast implants and capsular contracture (hardening of the implants). She previously had breast augmentation by another provider. She decided to undergo removal of her saline implants and replacement with smooth, round, silicone implants as well as bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) to improve her breast deformity and asymmetry.
