This 52-year-old female presented with a history of previous breast augmentation by another surgeon. After initial breast augmentation, the patient had breast cancer, requiring right breast lumpectomy and radiation therapy. This resulted in breast deformity, capsular contracture, and breast asymmetry. She underwent implant removal and revision breast augmentation with smooth, round, silicone breast implants placed under the muscle. On her right breast, a small inframammary fold incision was used and on her left breast, an inverted-T mastopexy (breast lift) was performed.
