This 58-year-old female presented with capsular contracture (hardening of the implants) following a previous breast augmentation. The patient was also unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. She underwent implant removal and revision breast augmentation with 360 cc silicone gel implants placed under the muscle (dual plane) through a small inframammary fold (IMF) incision.
