This 66-year-old woman underwent a previous breast augmentation by another surgeon 31 years ago. She experienced bilateral rupture of her silicone implants, capsular contracture, and significant breast asymmetry. She underwent revision breast augmentation with implant removal, replacement, and capsulectomy. In addition, she also underwent a circumvertical mastopexy (breast lift) to correct breast ptosis and asymmetry.
