This 53-year old woman has significant breast asymmetry, ruptured breast implants, and capsular contracture (implant hardening with pain). There is history of previous breast augmentation and mastopexy (lift) by another surgeon. She underwent revision breast augmentation and mastopexy with 450 cc silicone gel breast implants. An inverted-T mastopexy incision was utilized and the implants were placed under the muscle.
