This 40-year-old female presented with accessory axillary breast tissue that was significantly worse on the right side. The axillary tissue increased in size with use of oral contraceptives, fluctuated with her menstrual cycle, and caused pain. She underwent axillary breast tissue removal surgery to improve the appearance.
