This 40-year-old female presented with excess axillary breast tissue. She complained of excess tissue in both armpits, worse on the right side. The axillary tissue had been present since her first pregnancy. The patient experienced pain and discomfort on both sides, which would worsen with menstrual cycles. She underwent bilateral axillary breast tissue removal.
