This 27- year-old female patient presented with accessory axillary breast tissue under both arms. The excess tissue had always been present, and became larger and more painful with menstruation. She didn’t like its appearance and the axillary tissue also interfered with her choice in clothing. For these reasons, she underwent bilateral axillary tissue removal.
