This 28- year-old female patient presented with accessory axillary breast tissue, present under both arms, but more prominent on the right side. She was bothered by its appearance and the intermittent discomfort the tissue caused. She underwent bilateral axillary breast tissue removal surgery to address her complaints as well as her cosmetic concerns.
