This 45 year-old woman underwent abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with liposuction (lipoabdominoplasty). Excess skin and fat of the abdomen and flanks was removed. Abdominal wall laxity from diastasis recti (separation of rectus abdominus muscles) was repaired. She has a history of 3 pregnancies.
