This 36 year-old woman underwent abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction , performed at the same time of hysterectomy. Excess skin and fat of the abdomen and flanks was removed. Abdominal wall laxity from diastasis recti (separation of rectus abdominus muscles) was repaired. She has a history of 2 pregnancies.
